this few days were bad... cos in hurry for NS preparation... ytd @ 6am... i went for a run.. then just now at 7pm i went for a swim... was aching all over at 1st but now ok le.. after we had dinner.. we went to look for our fren.. she works at some cafe..

when we reach there she was abt to close shop le.. and was abt to throw all those unwanted food away... we ask for those fr her since they r goin to waste them anyway... she even offered us a cup of syrup using their disposible cups..n this is where cause of the drama lies..

we were standing beside the stall when her manager came to check out the progress.. he saw us and said

" brother sisters, relative, friends... did you pay for the drinks?!"

of cos we replied yes! but she was too honest n ending up admiting those r FOC..

"I dun want to c u all here.. get of here now!!"

of cos we did as demanded.. but come on those r what u r goin to throw away and least shows us some respect as customers! you are still in your companies uniform anyway.. i felt so disgusted with such service attitude... btw.. if u arent aware.. it really reflects so badly on ur title as a manager...

we hid in a corner.. trying to watch the situation... and here comes all the drama.. he started kicking the tables and chairs... and shouted ".... FUCKING...." btw my fren is a girl.. she could actually sue( sexual harassment) you for using such word!


secondly he said things like " each cups costs 50 cents, how do u think shld i ans to the management?!"
anyway this was the 1st time she was caught for smth like this.. she apologised.. but its useless... HE WAS SHOUTING THUR THE WHOLE SHOPPING MALL.. " got 1st time = subsequent times!!" he shouted..

wth man.. its not as if she is stealing.. its not that serious at all lah.. does this give him so much right to scold her like this? NO LOR.. she dun deserve so much of lecturing... least this is the 1st time.. warning is enu right.. also had always been veri hard workin.. serve ur branch cafe like servant .. always fill in for ur branch of there is no one to help... least consider this point and THINK b4 u shout right..?

in conclusion though i must say we shld not had taken her drink or FOC food items.. but we as customers ( potential ) or as a member of the public dun kind of service attitude from a MANAGER reasonable.. also..u are just one straight forward manager that dun see the consequence of shouting in a public shoppin mall ie damage to company image.. you cant weight things and factor fairly and act on impluse.. lastly i dun find helping them to prevent food wastage is some kind of mistake or sin!
